Projects Consulting India Pvt. Ltd. (PCI) is an independent engineering consultancy specialising in bridges, highways, and flyovers. For more than twenty-five years we have planned, designed, and proof-checked structures across India’s most difficult terrain — from Himalayan river gorges to the crossings of the north-east.

What we do
PCI undertakes consultancy across the full life of a structure — project management, supervision, quality control, feasibility, detailed engineering, and proof-checking and review. We work to be the consultancy our clients return to for considered, buildable, state-of-the-art engineering.

As proof-check and review consultants to national and state authorities, we are trusted to verify the work of others. We hold our own designs to the same standard.

Technical leadership
Our practice is led by R.B. Singh Guliani, a bridge engineer whose work on long-span and aesthetically resolved structures has been recognised nationally and presented at the world’s leading bridge-engineering forums.
Managing Director, 37 years of experience. Has brief experience as Lecturer at Engineering Institute, Design Engineer with state department and worked on design and proof consultancy projects with national and international consulting organizations.
